General Overview

The FOWC event is structured to accommodate up to 75 teams across three rings, with each ring operating independently to maximize throughput. Round Robin scheduling ensures balanced matchups across Groups for the Speed Trials, while Double Elimination brackets are seeded based on the Speed Trials results.

Each ring is equipped with timing systems and result entry devices, and the scheduling logic accounts for rest periods, ring load balancing, and division constraints. The system supports dynamic updates to schedules and results, enabling real-time publishing to the public-facing site and admin dashboards.
